The Center for Promotion of Economic Development (CEPER) is dedicated to fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and the growth of new businesses in Western Balkans by providing access to resources, mentorship, and opportunities. We empower entrepreneurs to bring their ideas to life and drive economic growth.
CEPER envisions a future where the next generation of entrepreneurs and business leaders from Western Balkans have the support and resources they need to turn their ideas into thriving enterprises, driving innovation and creating jobs. CEPER's business innovation services are designed to support entrepreneurs, startups and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in their efforts to bring new products, services, and technologies to market.
Business Incubation

Our business incubation program provides entrepreneurs with the resources and support they need to turn their ideas into viable businesses. This includes office space, mentorship, networking opportunities, and access to funding and investment.
Innovation Consulting

Our innovation consulting services help businesses to identify new opportunities for growth and develop strategies for bringing new products, services, and technologies to market. Our team of experts will work with you to analyze your business, identify areas for improvement, and develop a customized plan for growth
Entrepreneurial Education

Our entrepreneurial education program provides training, workshops, and mentorship to help entrepreneurs develop the skills they need to start and grow a business. Topics include business planning, marketing, finance, and leadership.

Our networking and partnership opportunities connect entrepreneurs and SMEs with potential customers, investors, and partners. Through our events, online platforms and targeted matchmaking we help entrepreneurs to build relationships and access new markets.

Cybersecurity Challenge
In 2021 CEPER joined forces with MeOut to create the best cyber security simulation challenge for fresh graduates, university and high school students in Europe. By utilizing the synergizes we’ve created a unique composition of challenges and events.
Restarting the Economy Challenge Sarajevo
What participants do – in the 72 hours – is much more than just solving problems and coming up with solutions. They make new friends with whom they might become the next Steve Jobs, Steven Wozniak duo or make business connections to get their next job or professional internship. We create an environment in which participants and partners work hard and play even harder with people from all backgrounds and all nationalities.
Building local capacities for Youth Employability and Entrepreneurial Skills (YEES)
YEES project aimed at fostering cooperation and exchanges in the field of youth between Programme Countries and Partner Countries from the Western Balkans. The project focus was on fostering the development, testing, and launching of educational and informational programmes of non-formal learning on youth employability.
